It’s not the thought that counts

The UNICEF Christmas campaign 2019 had a clear message, it’s not the thought that counts. And to be honest, is it ever? Thoughts and words mean nothing without action. There’s even a saying in the bible that goes something like this:
”Words without action is death.”

I think of this often, how we can talk and talk and prepare and think, but as long as we donät take action nothing happens. If we want change to happen we must take action and this goes for everyone, in every situation, always.
